Manu Fair Price Book Mart LLP is located in Rajinder Nagar, Delhi that is a hub of UPSC coaching with students coming from all over the country. The mart is established to provide a list of quality books for UPSC that is curated by in-house experts and popular authors in the legal field at affordable rates. While providing these titles we strive to mentor our customers and use their inputs to provide them with the suitable books rather than using a raw approach of pushing generic titles . Our management consists of alumni of top B-schools across the globe and supported by top legal authors that aim to standardise the book-buying experience throughout the UPSC and related legal retail market while providing maximum value to the customers.

We, at Fair Price Book Mart aim to disrupt and change the way books, or for that matter ebooks are marketed, consumed and sold. We are looking for young, energetic, like minded individuals who have a passion and a zeal to excel and be a part of this movement. Following are the positions open with us at our Delhi office.


1. Content Developer cum Counselor



Role in Company:

The UPSC Content Developer cum Counselor will be responsible for developing UPSC Content as well as counsel the UPSC Aspirants who walk-in to our store.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Develop content related to UPSC.
• Formulate exam specific questions, study material and other content, along with detailed step by step solutions for each product/exam.
• Doing Quality check and providing feedback for associated subject experts and of procured content from content developers and freelancers.
• Counselling Students the entire sales cycle: Prospecting, Counselling & Closing.
• Clarifying doubts related to the preparation for the civil services or related exams.
• Share information on various resources for UPSC preparation, application process, and deadline on proactive basis where applicable.
• Ensure student/parent satisfaction, sorting out their queries and leading them accordingly.

Desired Skills, Education and Experience:
• Law Graduates and Candidates having prior Teaching Experience in UPSC/CLAT & related legal entrance examinations will be given preference.
• Alumni of top National Law Universities / Reputed Institutes / Universities would be an added advantage.
• In-Depth knowledge and expertise related to UPSC/CLAT.
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a UPSC content Developer/subject knowledge expert.
• Should have cleared prelims.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with students, peers and management.

2. Digital Marketing Manager



Job Role:

We are hiring a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Social Media Platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

3. Operations Manager



The position also involves overseeing activities of the parent organisation Manu Law Classes that is one of the most reputed legal entrance institutes in India.

About the Internship:
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Coordinating with the faculty for scheduling classes and content developers for submission of work on deadlines.
• Create and maintain liaison with book suppliers and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of books and resources to the store.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Cross sell products.
• Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
• Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
• Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses.

Skill(s) required
• Proficient in verbal and written English language.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with a variety of people including defusing anger and resolving complaints/issues.
• Undergrad degree required, BS degree in Management or a related field would be a plus.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership in Education/Retail industry would be a plus.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
• Solid understanding of financial management.
